Karri began her fiber arts journey with childhood lessons in beading and embroidery. Her expertise now spans spinning, knitting, wet and needle felting, dyeing, and weaving on a range of looms.

Her work has earned accolades in both her native Pennsylvania and in Texas, where she spent many years honing her craft.

Alongside her studio practice, Karri offers personalized guidance for emerging and returning fiber artists, helping refine their skills and reconnect with the joy of making.

With a modern eye and whimsical approach, Karri draws inspiration from nature, folk art, pop culture, the Arts and Crafts movement, and Bauhaus design.

She is captivated by the enduring legacy of outsider artists and art that has historically been classified as women’s work.

Karri resides in the greater Philadelphia area.
